02 — THRESHOLD COACHING™

For individuals at the edge of what they currently know

The transitions that matter most rarely respond to conventional approaches. Stepping into a new level of leadership, moving from one era of work to the next, navigating the gap between what was built and what must come next, these are threshold moments. They ask for something other than a better technique.

Most people who arrive at this work are functioning well, often exceptionally, while feeling increasingly disconnected from what actually matters. The accomplishments are real. So is the exhaustion of maintaining them.

The work draws on systems intelligence, somatic awareness, and pattern-reading developed over two decades within transforming institutions. It surfaces what is actually happening beneath what you think should be happening. It names where power has quietly been given away. It helps you see patterns you have been too close to notice.

Single Session: A standalone, one-off exploration. For a specific question, decision, or threshold moment.

Half-Day Intensive: For concentrated work at a significant threshold, a decision that cannot wait, or a question that has been deferred long enough.

Ongoing Threshold Work: A sustained container in which the work builds over months, with continuity, direction, and between-session support throughout.
